Gerard Davis

Gerard is an experienced Litigation, Wills and Probate specialist who joined Sarginsons Law in 2001. Gerard qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and undertakes work on all types of Wills, Probate and Power of Attorney matters, from drafting to contesting as well as a wide range of civil litigation. This includes landlord and tenant matters involving residential and commercial property, contract disputes, property and ownership claims between individuals or companies.

Gerard focuses on achieving a suitable resolution for each case in the most practical and cost effective manner.
