Freehold - The owner own the entire property, building and land. Normally a house will be freehold.
Leasehold - A leaseholder does not own the property, they own the right to the property for a set period of time. Normally a flat or maisonette will be leasehold.
Remortgage - The owner has a mortgage on a property which they wish to change, either to reduce payments or to relase more capital.
Timescales - How long will it take to complete a transaction?
