Contractual Disputes

Contracts are easily made. They do not have to be done in writing; somebody or an entity will agree to do something, normally in return for money, or other consideration.

Terms can be agreed between the parties, (express) or implied by law, where no express terms exist. The nature of contracts also vary immensely, from a holiday booking, a multi-million pound building project or to buy a sandwich. As easily as they can be made, they can be broken and when this happens the consequences can be immense and also complex with regard to not only establishing what terms have been breached but also establishing the best remedies available.

Our solicitors are able to advise you on the nature and terms of any contract that you may have and the merits of any case with a view to obtaining the best remedy available to you.
