Court of Appeal

If you, or a relative of yours are not satisfied with a decision made by the Crown Court, whether that be in regard to sentence, conviction or both, there may be grounds for appeal.

The Court of Appeal is the appellate court in relation to decisions such as sentence and conviction by the Crown Court.

We are experienced in dealing with matters before the Court of Appeal. Quite naturally we are in a position to advise our clients in this regard under their existing Legal Aid Order. We would however be prepared to give advice to anybody who is not an existing client of Sarginsons Law, on whether they have grounds to appeal in any proceedings before the Court of Appeal. Initially such advice would be given on a private basis. However, we would be able to represent clients at the Court of Appeal subject Legal Aid being granted.

Our qualified Law Society accredited solicitors are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
